Shipping and Returns
ARTIST ALLEY STUDIO SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO
All products coming directly from The Artist Alley Studio ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Artist Alley Studio offers a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $10.00 USD on most purchased items. In some cases there may be a larger fee. Customer will be notified during check out if this is the case. All orders over $100.00 USD Ship Free.
Items shipped by one of our manufacturing partners, such as Printful.com, may be shipped with a different service and will have a different shipping rate from Artist Alley Studio direct sales products. Customer is notified of shipping rate at check-out.
If you receive an item that is broken Artist Alley Studio will gladly refund your money or ship you a replacement if the item is returned within 10 days of delivery. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
- No refunds on unwanted or change of mind items.
- If you receive a candle jar that is broken send a photo of it and a replacement will be sent. There is no need to return it.
- No refunds given on any body jewelry.
- Item refunds from one of our manufacturing partners should not be returned to Artist Alley Studio. Those partners have their own return policies and you can contact them for return information and policies.
